The Charme Project

The project provides funding from the Umbria Region to incentivize the participating structures to increase their “Charme” level, for example passing from 3 to 4 stars or from 4 to 5 stars through renovation and expansion works.

The aim of the project is to increase the quality and competitiveness of the umbrian tourist offer by promoting new thematic itineraries that will combine high level hospitality with the cultural, spiritual and archaeological excellences of the Umbrian territory.

The project will be supported and promoted through a communication plan used in an off-line and on-line manners, so by paper production of catalogs and use of social media.

Other actions implemented by the Project will also be the participation in fairs in Italy and abroad, in addition to the creation of the Roadshow and Educational Tour, in order to promote the authenticity of the Umbrian territory in an effective way.
In short, a dream holiday in the Green Heart of Italy is the goal of the Project, which aims to convey the value of the true holiday in Umbria, which can be summarized in 3 fundamental strands:

1) Wellness: well-being understood as a philosophy of life that embraces many aspects, therefore a stress-free vacation, in a slow manner, which puts the well-being of the person first in order to regenerate the mind and body.

2) Tradition: our Region is rich in local traditions that have been able to resist over time, so the purpose of the holiday is precisely to get to know them and reinterpret them in a modern key.

3) Taste: a great holiday also goes by the taste.
Food and wine is one of the excellences of the territory and Umbria is absolutely proud of its extraordinary quality and culinary recipes.
