Friday
Arrival in Umbria and the first stop will be in Norcia where it will be possible to visit a craft workshop and tasting of pork butchers.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay

Saturday
After breakfast, move near Scheggino where the whole day will be tailor-made according to the client's choice and will see the organization of various experiential food and wine-related activities such as:
- Trout fishing in the Sources of Valcasana
- Truffle hunting
- Truffle based cooking school

Sunday
After breakfast, before leaving Umbria, a stop will be made first at the Marmore Falls, and then a walk through the historic center of Terni with its cathedral dedicated to Saint Valentine, patron saint of lovers. We will organize a tasting of Pampepato that is about to obtain the IGP certification.
