Umbria contains a pristine corner and a real paradise for nature and taste lovers: the Valnerina. Main and perhaps best known centers of this area are Norcia, a small and delightful town, known not only for being the birthplace of San Benedetto but also for its “norcinerie” cured meats, lentils and black truffles; another center is Cascia, home of Santa Rita.
The Valnerina is a real paradise for the gorge with all its delicacies: from truffle-based pork butchers, from lentils to red potatoes, from cheeses to river fish.

Friday
Arrival in Valnerina and first stop in Cascia for the free walk through the village and for a visit to the Basilica of Santa Rita. We suggest going to the small village of Roccaporena where the saint was born. Accommodation in structure dinner and overnight stay.

Saturday
After breakfast we set off with a quarryman and his dog for the Truffle Hunt. A short snack will also be organized during the walk. Return to light lunch structure. In the afternoon there will be a cooking lesson on the Black Truffle lasting two hours and at the end the dinner will take place with what was done during the course. Overnight

Sunday
After breakfast you leave the structure and move to an educational farm that produces the famous "norcinerie", with small tasting and the possibility of making excellent gastronomic shopping.
